About Me:

Rachael Enright

My name is Rachael Enright and I am the wife to my husband David, mother to 2 beautiful girls Reagan & Reese, fitness instructor, registered nurse, & life motivator. I grew up in a small town in southern Indiana and went to nursing school at the Indiana University School of Nursing (Indianapolis campus). After graduating, I began working as a nurse at Indiana University Hospital on the Organ Transplant Unit. During this time, I met my now husband and shortly after moved to Cincinnati, OH. There I worked as a pediatric nurse on Cincinnati Children’s Organ Transplant Unit/Complex surgery floor. After the birth of our first child Reagan, my husband took a new job opportunity that moved us to Chicagoland (Schaumburg, IL to be exact). At this point, we decided to have me stay at home with our little and take a small step away from the nursing world. In order to get the much needed break (all mommas know what I’m talking about 😉) our family became members of Lifetime Fitness and I absolutely fell in love with the fitness world. Not only did I start feeling better about my postpartum body, I felt empowered. I attended group fitness classes pretty much every day. Here, we had our 2nd little girl, Reese. After 2 years in Illinois, we were on the move again! This time landing in Columbus, OH where we are here to stay! Since being here, I started teaching group fitness classes at a local Lifetime and really making my physical fitness a priority.

In May of 2020, Covid 19 hit the world. Gyms were closed and people were looking for ways to still get their workouts in. I began doing Facebook LIVE workouts and with much encouragement from family and friends, took the leap and officially started my own online virtual fitness program! I’m so excited to be doing this and helping others reach their health and fitness goals!
